Hard to find, is really a ghetto place. I had to ask for new bed sheets, probably they give me a room that was no cleaning without realize.
But, if you want to experience something really local and save some money it could work for you.

怀化鉄道駅から歩いてたったの2分で到着することができます。アクセスはかなり良いですが、部屋の中はきれいだとは言い難いです。もし、清潔感を重視する人ならば、あまりお勧めはしないです。アクセスの良さ、安く泊まれることを重視するならばおすすめです。汚い場所に耐性のない人は泊まらないほうがよいでしょう。

In front of the railway station so very convenient.
The host get me in the street to show me where the room was, very useful because it is very hard to find it alone.
The bed is okay and their is fanes in the room to cool down the temperature.
The shower becomes hot after a few seconds.
Notice that the shower is on top of the toilet (2 in 1, not very comfortable but it works and for this price..)
The room is okay and you have access to to a window in the street.
